Giulia Galetto
With over three years of dedicated service to CENTENE, Giulia brings a wealth of expertise that underpins our core operations. Hailing from Italy, she holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree and is a qualified architectural technician by profession.
Before her journey with CENTENE, Giulia honed her skills while working with prominent architecture firms and contractors in Italy. Giulia’s direct involvement with clients and projects has allowed her to continually expand her knowledge and expertise during her tenure with us.
Daniel Betancur
Daniel Betancur brings extensive expertise in BIM consultancy to elevate the construction industry. With a focus on trust-building and tailored solutions, he aims to mitigate BIM adoption challenges and facilitate industry growth. Daniel’s mission is to seamlessly guide professionals through the BIM/ISO 19650 journey, positioning CENTENE as a reliable industry partner.

Jannah Barluado, a highly skilled BIM Coordinator at CENTENE, excels in implementing and managing BIM processes for construction projects. Her expertise in clash detection and model coordination ensures seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.
Zain Kaiser
Zain has worked with a diverse range of project typologies such as residential, hospitality, educational and commercial developments. His role at CENTENE involves seamless integration of all aspects of design within the BIM environment, through all stages. His approach ensures that projects are meticulously planned, interpreted, and validated to produce accurate digital twins.
Asif Khan
Asif has more than a decade of experience working as a qualified electrician in both the residential & commercial sectors. He also spent 7 years running a CNC engineering facility. Having discovered a natural talent for leadership & project management, it was a natural move to take on the role of Construction Foreman at Centene. Leveraging his hands-on expertise, he tackles challenges outside his comfort zone, embracing growth opportunities while overseeing projects with precision and dedication.
Steve Hesmondhalgh
Steve has been in the planning profession for the past 36 years & is now a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He initiated and developed a comprehensive planning practice based on an independent law firm in the northern region. His experience includes locating development sites, obtaining planning clearances, & guiding projects through construction.
Aftab Haider
With over five years‘ experience in construction estimation across all CSI divisions, Aaftab Haider boasts extensive expertise ranging from residential new builds to industrial projects, including high-end mega projects in the Gulf region. Currently with Centene Construction, his key responsibilities revolve around the precise preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), tender documents, and project quantification.
